Composition
The composition of the sandwich panel is crucial for its acoustic and thermal insulation properties, as well as for fire protection.
The composition can be:
- polyurethane foam: no fire resistance (PUR), or fire resistance (PIR)
- fireproof hard mineral wool.

Thermal insulation sandwich wall and roof panels reduce the construction cost and the total cost of the building due to the fact that:

Sandwich panels are laminated boards, made of various lightweight and good insulating materials, protected by various coatings of durable and hard materials.
The panels' core can be made of glass wool, polyurethane foam, or extruded polystyrene foam, and the exterior is made of PVC, veneered plywood, aluminum, or laminated sheet.
